    Service Incident Summary
On 15 October 2026, our database service experienced an interruption between 06:55 and 07:22 UTC, during an automated software update.

The database failed to complete startup following the update. Service was restored at 07:22 UTC. Initial findings point to an interaction between the update process and database restart handling; validation of the precise software issue is ongoing.

We are reviewing update controls, maintenance procedures, and database health monitoring to reduce the risk of recurrence.

    We apologize for the disruption.
